Did a online inquiry about my dryer needing a repair. He texted me right away asking problem and that he could come out that night. His service fee was $45 and he said he had most parts needed so we had him come out. We had tried to repair it ourselves and had the back off so he put the back on and then started taking it apart to trouble shoot. After he tested some parts (Not all come to find out) he told us the problem was rare and we needed a new circuit board which he did not have. During the visit he had to use google translator because we could not understand what he was trying to say. He said he couldn't do anything more and left without putting the machine back together fully because we ended up having extra parts left out and screws left over. He then charged us $54 at the end without giving us a invoice or anything for what services were done. We went to the local parts store and ordered the board which was almost $230, installed it, and same issue. We have had to have someone else come out to fix the issue and now we are out $300+ due to his recommendation and time which is so frustrating. The other tech had to put the dryer parts back since he left them out which would have caused other issues down the road. The other tech and parts store owner told us to stay clear of these guys because they come out collect service fees and do not complete or fix issues and leave residents like myself left with unresolved issues. I would NOT recommend having these people come out.
