Adams Air & Heat Waco, Texas. Very reliable, honest and trustworthy. I called Aire Serv before I found Adams AC, Aire Serv came out twice, for just a CHECK on my A/C and again just a check on my heating unit. They tried to charge me several hundred dollars worth of things I did not need. They are very pushy about sales, IMO.
I called my realtor, we had only lived here in McGregor, Trail of Oakridge for about 1 1/2 year. He gave me David Adams name and business number. I called, set up an appointment. I never mentioned what Aire Serv told me to Mr Adams. They came out, checked both my ac and heat units. They found nothing wrong. I was so impressed!! I know they are honest. My units are running fine, no issues. Aire Serv was not honest. IMOAdams AC & Heat, West, Texas

Waco and surrounding area, look no further than Adams AC. The mini split in my 98 year old mothers house was on the blink. I was desperate to get someone out to look at it.My first mistake was to call Rabroker AC. The service technician stated the part needed would take 7 to 10 days to receive. The following day I got a call from Rabroker quoting me close to $1400.00 plus labor to fix the unit. I called David at Adams Ac and within 30 minutes , Jimmy the co owner arrived. Long story short Adams had the part overnighted so it was installed the next day. It’s worth mentioning the part Rabroker said was needed was not even the problem. Jimmy and David are the best. Went above and beyond to do the job right. Its hard to find an honest and reasonable company this day and time that truly believes in customer service. I can’t thank them enough. It ended up saving me not even close to what Rabroker was charging, (for the wrong part). Thanks again Guys. Lesa I, Hewitt, TX.
