    We were excited about working with Adam and getting our new construction home. We moved in and were told to make a list of things that need to be touched up/repaired and they'll come back out and fix those issues (gave us a 1 year warranty). We moved in January 2020 and to this day, Sept 10th 2021, they still haven't come out and addressed these issues. Issues include unfinished trim work behind the refrigerator, lack of stabilization on our drain filed for our septic, erosion issues up against our foundation, bowed interior doors, bowed exterior window screens, forgot to install 2 bathroom window screens, etc. Seems like they were in a hurry at the end of the project and forgot to do the work or just didn't care since the house was already purchased and didn't have to list it. The "foreman" said he would come out multiple times and repair the issues but stood us up multiple times. My wife and I love our house, but it has been a nightmare trying to get these issues repaired. Would not recommend with everything we have been through with them.
