Our house had a very old roof and had some leaks during the rains this Spring. Based on seeing their work in our neighborhood we called Adar Builders and met with Amit. He came to our place and spent quite a bit of time inspecting our roof and attic and having a frank discussion with us about what we wanted. We felt like we could really trust Amit after that first day. He gave us suggestions for different options and costs and we decided to proceed. Amit was present and involved in all the work happening from the first day and he gave us daily updates on what was done and what would be happening next. The crew was efficient and each day cleaned up so well you would never know a major project was in process. There were zero unexpected findings or events, and at the end of about a week we had a beautiful new roof, new attic insulation, and new gutters. There is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in taking on large projects in our home, but having a partner who absolutely knows what they are doing and whom we could trust from the beginning made the process so much easier. We are very happy with the result and there is no question that we will be working with Amit on our future projects. We highly recommend Adar Builders for their workmanship, professionalism, and communication.

Thank you to Colby and the Adar family for our beautiful home addition. I really appreciate that they have high standards for their work and workers. We have a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, an amazing master bath, a new laundry room, new floors, updated AC/heating, cleaned and updated insulation in the attic, whole house rewire, and updated another room! Out of the house for 6 months and stayed well connected the whole time. Any hiccups were addressed quickly. Thank you!

I have never written a review before, but the service and kindness we received from Adar Builders over the past few months has been out of this world. From the first time we met with Amit, we knew we wanted to work with him and he didn't disappoint. They helped us remodel our entire three bedroom and loft condo and the outcome is above and beyond our expectations. Everything from the competitive quote, to dealing with our HOA, permits, design, personal details, and unforseen adjustments were handled by Adar Builders with exceptional professionalism and humility. Our bathroom was still decorated from when our condo was built in the early 80's. We REALLY needed an upgrade. We finally got the courage to call some contractors and we got four different estimates. Adar Builders
was the last one we got. Amit quickly put us at ease. It was a little more expensive than the others, but it did offer some things the other ones didn't. Plus, Adar Builders had Amit, Tomar and their dad Yoav (great guy).

We got a custom vanity with square sinks, one giant mirror down to two medicine cabinets, tile flooring, rainfall shower head, fully tiled shower with bench, a very fancy shampoo niche and everything repainted.

They came in, put up a plastic door with a zipper to keep the dust confined and started the demo process. Adar Builder guys were very nice and respectful. Yoav came by just about everyday to make sure everything
was on track.

In the end, we LOVE it. We'll never regret this upgrade, it's just beautiful. We are considering Adar Builders for some other things we want done around our old condo. Thanks guys!

We started our project with only 3 months to remodel our home. The remodel involved 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, hardwood floors and smooth stucco on the exterior of the entire house. Once we decided on Adar Builders they swiftly came in, immediately, walls came down and floors were ripped out! The entire crew was so easy to work with, even with last minute design changes. Because the company is family owned and operated, they take special pride in their work. They're not happy until the client is satisfied. I would recommend Amit to anyone, and plan to use them again on future projects.

We hired Amit & Adar to remodel our upstairs. We redid both bathrooms and converted a bedroom to a walk-in closet. The finished product is excellent. He worked with us through many obstacles and revisions. Highly recommend.

Adar Builders did outstanding work remodeling our two small, windowless bathrooms in our condo. Since we were and are living here the whole time, we always needed access to a fully functional bathroom. No problem. We were never without. Gal, our project manager, was friendly, resourceful and always there to help us get what we envisioned. He took us to 3 different tile stores as we searched for "our vision." Gal helped us with color selection -- He has a great eye for tile tones and patterns and he knows how to blend that with various paint shades. There are over 50 shades of white, so picking the right color is not for amateurs. Gabriel and his crew were thorough professionals and always polite. It's stressful having one's home thrown upside down during a remodel, but through thick and thin, Gabriel and his crew were there every morning at 8:30 am and stayed through until 4:30 pm. Every day, Gal came by to check on the work, and he returned calls, texts, and emails immediately. Every day, before leaving, Gabriel cleaned up. Gabriel is a true Renaissance Man. On the very last day, there was a minor glitch. We have cork floors in our living room. Adar used painters tape to protect the floor, but unfortunately the tape left some shiny streaks on the floor. Adar took care of the problem and stood behind their work 100%. They are not the cheapest contractor out there, but I am glad we paid a little more to get such wonderful service. Thanks Adar!

Adar family Andy their crew did a fantastic job on remodeling and restoring our home after a gas explosion happened months ago, Amit had worked with us on the designs as promised, they all helped us to coordinate the addresses and promised timelines, price was fair especially for the final result we had received!
My husband and myself are very pleased with the workmanship quality, managing quality of Adar builders!

This was our first remodel project my husband and I ever were involved in and we weren't sure what to expect. We had several estimates and, although the pricing was all about the same, we knew we wanted to go with Adar Builders once we met Amit. He answered our questions, didn't patronize or make us feel dumb. When it was time to start creating what we wanted, he listened and nurtured the process with kindness. Once the work got started, his team of people were all very polite and considerate (wore masks all the time) and were hard workers. Amit was responsive to us via text and phone during the process if there were questions or issues that came up. We are so happy with the finished product - it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We will definitely go to Adar for any future projects.

Project was whole bathroom remodeling with glass shower and new tile floors. Also install pocket door in laundry room and hang shelves.

Absolutely amazing to worth with in all elements of the project. From initial estimate, to design phase, and even after demo when we discovered termite and other plumbing issues, Colby was on top of all of it and worked with us to get the finished bathroom we wanted.

We called Adar Builders after having a difficult and frustrating experience with another company. Adar came in to finish work the other company was unable to complete, and to fix errors the other company made. Our experience with Adar was night and day! Amit was very patient and sympathetic to our situation. He took the time to assess the situation, provide options and price ranges, and delivered an amazing finish. His team was professional, clean and respectful. They provided renderings of the job in a timely manner, set reasonable timelines, and delivered a great product beyond our expectations. The final product mirrored exactly what was promised in the renderings. After our bad experience, it was difficult to trust another contractor to deliver as promised. It was a pleasure working with Amit and his family, we would definitely call them again. They were in touch with us almost everyday letting us know what was going on and if we had any questions. It was a pleasure doing business with ADAR Builders. It is a family owned business and they made me feel like part of the family. The owners were onsite every day to supervise. Their team members were ontime and exceptionally neat. They hired specialists for every aspect of the project. The project required taking out 700 square feet of pavers in an intricate pattern. They didn't crack or break a single piece and replaced them perfectly. Every aspect of the job was performed exactly as agreed. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely hire them again. These guys are by far the best contractors out there. My husband and I worked with them a few times and were very satisfied with the results each time. Our first job was custom railing design and installation, and when we saw how beautifully they work we brought them back for a custom deck building. Our latest project with them was custom pool building and landscaping and we couldn’t be happier. Their workmanship and talents are beyond anything I have came across.
