He went to PA because NJ caught on to his game. I wish I could give him a zero. I sued him, the clients before me sued him and the clients after me sued him. He did not even bother to show up for court....... He is a CON MAN not a contracactor. He even owes money to the men who worked for him.....

His real name Edwin Otero but goes by "ED" or EDDIE". His cousin's name is Sam. He will try to start a new company. Ask to see driver's license. Do not hire him. He is a crook and will beat you out of money. His work is shabby and looks like a kindergardner did it. Don't be fooled by him.

Found out this contractor beat about 8 people out of money and his BBB rating is now an F which it should of been before I hired him
