    I couldn't find a better construction man that goes beyond the c

    I appreciate that Adrian communicates well. I leared more about Adrian from the interaction of the project which I hired him to do. He's well organized, concientous, premium work result, and guaranteed that my balcony will not suffer anymore wood rot or leaks after his work is done. I saw the process and am impressive by the attention to details that he and his crew gave me. I have to say, it's money well-spent.

    Feel free to use me as your referral. I am so grateful that after 3rd balcony repair, he's the best. No more balcony repairs from now on! I will hire him to seal the balcont every 5 years, as required by our HOA. Thank you, Adrian!
