Fantastic job. My only issue was I did not care for the gutters--Addicott Roofing subcontracted that out to a crew, and I am unimpressed. The roof was very well done, came in close to estimate (some added charge as the previous roofers had simply bent over ALL the nails from the roof they pulled off, and Addicot's team had to spend nearly a full day pulling all those nails--not calculated into the estimate.
