Addison Riley

We contracted with Addison-Riley to remodel a very old, out-of-date master bath. A small shower (leaking around the base as we discovered) and Jacuzzi tub were removed. The toilet was moved to a newly created water closet. A large shower was built including frameless glass shower doors and beautiful tile. All cabinetry was replaced and with quartz countertops were installed. Rectangular tile was used throughout for flooring.

We are very happy with the quality of the work, the frequent communication from Chris and Rusty, and the professionalism of their staff and sub-contractors, and the cost. Their attention to detail and desire to do the highest quality work was exceptional. They became family. And many thanks to Jon for taking our ideas and turning them into a great design that included every item on our wish list.

I would gladly use Addison-Riley to do our next home project. (In fact, we've already asked them for a bid.) I highly recommend them.

When we had termite damage the Addison Riley team responded quickly. They stabilized the structure and quickly completed the discovery process. We were grateful for their professionalism during a difficult and stressful time.

The work crew was fine. The management was terrible. They provided the wrong material for skirting around my house. I wanted the smaller openings and when I said the materials were wrong the sales rep argued with me that they never said they would be the smaller openings. All but called me a liar and billed me twice to fix their mistake. DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT.

Beware! This company is operated by Jonathan Pruitt who was president of JW Dunnwright. That company has since failed and Addison Riley, LLC is the result! Arthur Rutenberg has also dismissed him from the franchise list. Absolutely horrible management! If you want lies, thievery, and deceit; Jon Pruitt is your guy. He uses suspect subs to complete jobs. We’ve had 3 teams of subs walk away from the project due to Jon’s nonpayment. Three liens were filed against our property, again, Jon’s failure to pay subs. We’ve signed a contract with them on 07/01/2016 and the house was supposed to be completed in 215 days plus weather delays. 760 days later, our house is STILL in framing. The final strike was when Jon and crew used termite infested wood in our house (pictures on request). You can’t make this up! If you choose to use Addison Riley; it’ll be self-critiquing…immediately! It’s too bad there aren't negative stars!

Don't be fooled: this company was hastily put together in March after the failure of JW Dunnwright Homes, LLC, a FORMER Arthur Rutenberg franchisee. Both of which Jon Pruitt owned and operated. We and several other clients had to terminate our contract with him because he took so much time and was always asking for more money. He took over $80,000 in advance charges for "upgrades" from us that he never put in, and never refunded when asked. He lied to us about the construction activities, misrepresented what he was doing, failed to pay his subs and cheated us out of a lot of money. Lawsuit in progress. Arthur Rutenberg does NOT stand behind their clients, and did nothing when asked to help. Stay away from these people. They should be win handcuffs.
