Terry Adkins was hired to install a water softener. However, the night before my appt. my water heater also went out. Terry picked up a new water heater for me and installed it the next day so that we had very little downtime. He was just great at communicating exactly when he would be at my home. He is very knowledgeable and repaired some work that had been done wrong. He patiently explained how to set up and use the new softener system and made suggestions re our hot water heater maintenance. Highly recommend.

The Adkins plumbers came out and looked at my plumbing needs, told me when they would be back and do the job. They came back and in two days they had my job complete, did it better then my expectations for cheaper then i had figured, they even fixed some work that i had started with no charge. These plumbers are good and very trustworthy, i told them i could clean up the mess but they did all the clean up before leaving. I highly recommend this company. Terry did a great job and his fees are very reasonable. I compared to others and Terry's prices were fantastic. Great people and great work done. Will always use when need arises.
