He came out and stated that the freon needed to be topped off. How do you top off a closed system. Three days later no A/C. Second visit tells me needs a compressor. Cost me out of pocket $1100.00 as the part was under warranty. Again three days later no A/C he came out and said it was the fault of the contractors etc. Played the blame game. Finally had a proper diagnosis and was repaired. The total out of pocket cost because of loss of time and having to push back our move is well over $3000 maybe more. Had he just done a proper diagnosis to begin with all would have been fine but instead I am very unhappy with his service and would never recommend this company to anyone.
