Adrian Harty has all the qualities one would seek in a contractor. His price was firm and he did not add extras after the job started. His communication skills are excellent. The quality of his work is excellent, the paving of our property is exactly what we expected. The landscaping was done perfectly. He also remediated the drainage problems on our property as evidenced by the fact that we had no issues during this past winter's heavy rains. He was always at the job site supervising his employees. I would recommend his work to all prospective customers. Adrian Harty is trustworthy, honest and capable.

We had the pleasure of working with Adrian Harty when we had to replace a failing wood retaining wall. After a representative at a local building supply company highly recommended him, we met with Adrian and were immediately struck by his friendliness, honesty, and knowledge. We also found his estimate to be quite reasonable. He did not disappoint. The project was complicated involving a steep slope and unexpected underground piping. But, Adrian was on-site every day tackling any and all issues that arose. He was always professional, pleasant, and extremely customer-oriented. His workers were incredibly hard-working and friendly as well. The job site was always cleaned up at day's end. And, we remained within budget! Adrian and his team were a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed that we hired him again a few months later for another project! Once again, he and his team did a fantastic job. 10 stars out of 5 (yes, he's that good)!

Adrian Harty was hired to clean and reseal my paver driveway and walkway. When I drove my car on to the driveway after several days, my tires made marks on the driveway. Adrian used a chemical he later told me came from Mexico illegally and damaged the driveway. While he told me not to worry that he would replace my driveway if necessary, he ultimately left my driveway damaged and then tried to blame me for his mistakes. The building supply company that recommended him said they felt he had not applied the sealer correctly. I would not use this contractor.

Adrian Harty did drainage work for us last year and during the heavy rains this past winter, our house stayed dry. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him again this year to work on the basement drainage problem. His work was professional and his men were hard working and pleasant. Both jobs stayed in budget. I would recommend him highly.
