I hired Brooke, aka Adrian Construction, after personally knowing him. If this is how he treats an associate I can only fathom how he treats people he does not know. So, my fiancee and my master bathroom toilet had a leak in the o ring which caused some damage. Brooke was hired to install plumbing, move the toilet, install window trim, an exhaust fan, and an outlet. In over six months he has not responded to any calls or texts in order to complete the window trim, fix the outlet which caught fire, or fix the exhaust fan which doesn't work. He came by asking to get paid and not to worry that he would finish the work later. Crook. He also left with some of my fiancees tools.
