Call him! Hire him! Do it now! Now let me tell you why. My family and I were in need of extending our home and adding a bathroom. I am the type that will spend weeks or months researching and planning before a big purchase. I did a thorough bid process and met with several contractors. Most were friendly and probably would have done okay work, but Philly was direct and immediately shared ideas and gave feedback on our vision. An invaluable factor for us was that Philly and his son do almost everything and he only subs a few of the trades. That’s why we hired him. I have small children and I am a private person, so I didn’t want a revolving door of strangers in my home. Consequently, his pricing is very competitive.
Throughout the project, Philly openly communicated and worked almost everyday until completion. He handles the plans, permits, inspections all the way through the final inspection. All of this occurred during the COVID pandemic and he wore a mask and was thoughtful when interacting with my family. He made it a point to keep an extra clean job site for the safety of my children.
I will be calling Philly at Advanced Additions the next time I need work done in my home and you should too.
