    Choice home sent them to my house they could not find the problem so they told warranty co something they new was not. covered so I would pay them directly which I did NOT do. Beware they will lie strati your face !!!!!

    If I had read the reviews first I would have gone with a different contractor. I’m glad I didn’t, I would’ve missed out on great service. From the time I spoke with Ms Alva to the time Ricardo came diagnosed and fixed my issue was all great and done in a timely manner. Everyone was really helpful, communicative and transparent. They weren’t trying to sell me things I didn’t need like the company that came out before them. Very satisfied with their service, they definitely have a yearly customer with me.

    Choice Home Warranty referred this company. Took time off from work. They never showed up, they never answered their phone, did not return phone call messages and did not reply to text messages. If I had read the other reviews first, I would have asked to have the technician company replaced. I called CHW and told them to take this company OFF their provider list!!

    Absolutely horrible experience. This company is an absolute waste of time. Nothing but problems from the minute they arrived at my house. Choice home warranty sent them out due to a claim I filed for my AC. I received nothing but run around and lies from this company. Do not use this company.

    We had an air conditioner issue at our rental house and used this company. They misdiagnosed the problem, which ended up costing us extra in repair costs and trip charges. Communication was horrible from the office manager. If I was able to get her to answer my call or even return a call, she was downright rude and difficult. The only bright spot was their tech, Isaac. He was honest with me and helped me, but only out of the goodness of his heart. The office manager, Alma, hung up on me and yelled at me. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

    Poor service. They came out and the tech left stating he was going to pick up a part. Never showed back up. They sent another tech the next day, he did the same thing. I called to see what was going on, they didn't know that the tech had left. Checked the morning, the tech will pick up part by 10am and be to your home. Its 1:05pm. no communications. Everyone in Houston knows during this storm that no air supply is opening at 10am. This is ridiculous! This us a Choice Home Warranty referral. Very unprofessional, the worst communicator and many excuses...RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and unacceptable. I would not recommend.

    Poor service. They came out to my home and half diagnosed the problem and came back with a used part and place it in the ac unit. My house was still hot and I called back to let them know for three days and they avoided all of my calls. Very unprofessional and not friendly at all...RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!
