Stay away from this company they tell you that they will install your screen room in 6 to 8 weeks. When they are well past that they salesman Dan tells you to call the city about the permit and when you do you are told this is typical of Advanced Aluminum. They want 50% upfront and have you sign paperwork stating that they can lien your property if you don't pay... But their workmanship is despicable, my 8 year log grandson could do a more professional job. The installers didn't listen and screwed up and left saying someone else would fix it!!!! They did a horrible job left metal shavings everywhere
..we have dogs that need to go out to potty!!!!! We tried calling Dan he was on vacation and Bob was fishing or so the installers said. Now I can't put my porch together so I can't water or mow my lawn ....?? Bad company stay away

I'm not even sure where to start. The most horrible experience I have ever had with a contractor from start to finish. My simple porch roof is not the size it was supposed to be, they left a mess, they even forgot the caulk, it leaked from day one, they haven't been able to stop the leaks, and three years later it leaks worse than the 30-year-old porch roof that was originally there. It basically rains in my porch from all of the leaks. I paid over $7,000 for garbage!
