Had them install a four seasons room. The finished product is fine but getting there was a bit of a journey. The communication between AB, their Subcontractors and us was not what I expected. When they set the foundation and the base flooring, there was a 1" dip in the middle. I pointed it out to install crew and the did correct it. When the materials showed up and some incorrect pieces were delivered (and there were some damaged pieces) they didn't seem to be in a big hurry to fix it. Ended up installing the wrong /damaged pieces then came back to fix them. Their usual electrician was not available so they asked me to see if I could find one, no problem. But the electricians billed ME and not Advanced Builders. It got resolved, but just something else I shouldn't have had to worry about. Lastly, they didn't caulk between the gutter and the roof so when it rained the water cascaded in front of the window rater than being channeled away by the gutter. Something else they had to come back to fix. A little better communication and attention to detail would have made this a much better experience.
