NEVER! he bid the job, took 800$.after months of excuses as to why he couldn't come again and again! I was very nice every time in dealing with his excuses, i ask for a refund. he said you're on the books for tomorrow. he came dug only three inches of grass out, and cut into my neighbor's yard. He left a mess and a hazard. have not seen him since. when I tried to contact him. he became very abusive.
