Please be advised that Robert Susser of Advanced Development, Rumson, NJ, was the cause of us losing our custom home in NJ forever. This was due to the fact that he built our beautiful home right into the water table by several feet; the water rose and mold grew so badly you could use a shovel to remove it. (Photos are available.) Susser was well aware of his horrific action and never revealed it. It was only after we sought other professionals who closely analyzed the problem did we discover what he did. The water never stopped running. Evidence of such a deceitful action is available. Stay away from this unprofessional and dishonest individual. He has left a long trail of very dissatisfied customers.

My company, Jay Rambo Company,is a cabinet manufacturer who supplied custom cabinetry to Advanced Development from 2014 to 2017. In 2017 Bob Susser wrote hot checks totaling $127,000 for products we had provided him on remodeling projects in Rumson. He has left a trail of unhappy customers and suppliers. Beware!

This man is a crook in every sense of the word took our 25K deposit and made nothing but excuses, when we went to court he had nothing to collect from and laughed when we got judgement saying good luck collecting.
he should be in jail.
