The contractor hired a subcontractor to do the electrical portion of the a/c install. They left a nasty hole in the side of my interior wall. They did come and fix the hole, however, the repair was done in a very unprofessional fashion. I have tried to work with the owner to get this fixed. He has been clear that he has done 'all' he can do and that he will not be working with me to make this right. As I went through Tacoma public utilities to have this job done, I have had to fight both sides to get help. None has come. Based on my experience I would not recommend this contractor.
