BEWARE!!! Wish I could rate a ZERO star. Hired Shawnn Lynch to remodel my almost new home...he was supposed to change cabinet color in Kitchen and bathrooms, paint interior of house, add crown molding, add attic stairs. It was a Total nightmare. He guaranteed me he would work from 7 am to 1pm every day and have me into my home in 30 days...instead he walked off the job and blamed it on me...(actually I found out he was studying for his contractors exam - which I understand he failed the first time) He rarely showed up for more than a few hours then he was gone for days at a time...always an excuse about church. Left my home in horrible condition...didn't finish cabinets properly - bathroom cabinets are a disgrace (left none of the stain to repair his mess or for touch up) He was falling further & further behind...I wanted to use my painter but he told me he'd have it done...He never painted, he never installed crown molding...my laundry sink is horribly stained, my carpet is stained as he never put down covering, my over-the-cabinet kitchen lights disappeared, he left dye spray all over everything- my floors, walls etc...left screens from windows on floor. My house was left in a total mess...and he tried to blame it on me...but I've found out that is his pattern...he blames everyone then walks off the incomplete job. I had to hire other people to complete the home and didn't move in for 60 days thanks to him...constantly used his church and Lori as an excuse. He did the same thing to another woman in The Villages. Left the job incomplete (just as he did with me)...I visited her and what a mess..her cabinets were falling apart, paint peeling, her granite counter top was completely wrong shape! He also destroyed her sink among other things.. she had to hire another contractor to finish the job and undo his mess. 3 years later I am still furious. An FYI...When he walks off the job he blocks your phone number and disappears.

Buyer Beware - Shawn & Lori of Leesburg Kitchens Aka Advanced Finishes Central LLC

My motive is to save someone from making a large investment with a company that should not be in business.

Below is a short summary of what happened to my family when contracting with Shawn & Lori of Leesburg Kitchen and Bath located at 1201 W. Main St Leesburg, Florida 34748.

Leesburg Kitchen and Bath was contracted to build and install what was supposed to be a beautiful kitchen. Nearly $20,000 was paid directly to Shawn & Lori on day 1 and yes that was 100% of the balance as they required it, and now we know why...

The end result was an incomplete kitchen installation which looked as though it was installed by someone extremely unqualified.

Damaged Crown Mouldings - Damaged Cabinet Doors - Missing Filler Strips - Doors colliding with moldings/walls - Bronze Deck screws used between adjoining boxes - Nails and/or nail holes all over the place and at random.

After learning about all of this, I contacted Shawn. After a few difficult conversations, he promised to make the appropriate corrections. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a series of excuses, Shawn never showed up. Its been 4 months and he has not even attempted to make 1 repair. It is clear, he has abandoned the job completely. Shawn also stopped answering phone calls, emails and texts.

We were forced to hire a 2nd company to remove, reorder and finally reinstall all of Shawn's damaged cabinets as well as reorder all of the missing parts that were never even delivered. The installation came out great thankfully and the kitchen looks as it was supposed to.
