We were very impressed with Roger and his professionalism and know-how. He came early, which in my book is on time. He had definitely done his homework about our project and came with prints in hand, as well as a pen & notebook to take any notes. He made us feel like our project was important to him & his company. We are just waiting on a quote, so we can make our final decision!
