I recently had to work with this company due to having a warranty and this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I understand that many people's units are breaking down with the heat, but a week to wait to even see what's going on & then told another week to get the part in is not acceptable. When the technician came out he was visibly & verbally expressing that he didn't want to be on the job, and was extremely condescending when he came back to install the part. Also, after installing the part, he didn't even check the system to ensure it's running properly. When this was voiced to the lady scheduling the appointment she couldn't care less. Long story short, she ended up yelling at me about how rude my husband is and when I told her that yelling at the customer about her rude husband isn't good service, she started screaming at me and then cancelled our appointment. I would rather live in a house at 89 degrees than deal with these people. When we had another contractor look at our unit we found out that the system shut down for the second time due to low coolant, which would have been solved if the technician did his job correctly when replacing the fan motor. Seems like they like to set themselves up to charge multiple times, then chastise the customer for doing something wrong.
