Things started off great with Neil. Gradually they got worse and worse. He tried to get around parish codes even when we told him we didn't want to. He would tell my husband one thing and me something else. It got harder to get ahold of him. He was supposed to come back to wreck the form and do a trench for us. We repeatedly asked when he would be back and he promised to come before the building showed up (knowing the date). He did not show up or text or call us and hasn't been in contact since. The slab wasn't right. It was crooked and the garage door grade wasn't correct. I will not recommend him to anyone.
