I hired Dominic to replace and upgrade pool lights and an automation panel in November 2020. The work was never completed. I still have an expensive SR Smith Lighting PT-6000 Power Tower Fiber Optic To LED sitting in a box, never opened. I haven't heard from him since early 2021. He did some of the work but it was an expensive mistake.

Dominic was found online and represented himself as a factory rep for my inoperative pool heater. He said the heater needed replacing and offered favorable pricing.
He asked for prepayment in full however we gave him a $3000.00 down payment.Wish I had seen the other review here as it's the same story. No show a lot of excuses eventually total silence.
We've been ripped off and are pursuing legal action.
My hope is anyone who considers doing business with this guy will see this review and be forewarned. -

I hired Dominic to repair my heater and upgrade my spa panel. In short Lack of follow up, does not show up when schedules dates, gives excuses, or has emergencies as to why cant come. Parts brought to my house left at my home unopened, they didn't even know a part was missing until whomever he came with to do the work realized it was missing…. Of course job was not finished. Didn't show again when part came in after me having to follow up, paid in December for highly marked up part and zero repair or work done. Owner kept insisting I had what I needed “parts”. I hired for repairs knowing I overpaid for parts. Finally owner did give me a refund after I called my bank. I hope no one else has to experience what I did and felt a review was needed.

We hired him on 12/2023 to repair our pool, he took down payment, showed up a few times for a few hours and made every excuse possible for the next 4 month why he can't come. I haven't received any money back yet!
