    Words cannot describe how appreciative I am for Cory’s amazing team of Pedro, David, Julian and Julio at Advanced Quality Plumbing. Being a first time home owner in a house that is over 120 years old, while very grateful, comes with its challenge’s especially if you know nothing about plumbing and sewer lines.

    From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and receptive and came out within a day of me calling to schedule an appointment. I knew that there was quite a fair amount of work that needed to be done, as our sewage line was the original, and we were consistently getting back ups and leakage into the house (prior to their team coming out). I explained to them that I really wanted them to walk through the problems with me and point out all of the things that looked incorrect because after having 5 different companies come out telling me that everything looked ok (even though I knew it wasn’t) I wanted to be familiar with what was going on. Pedro was more than willing to take me under his wing and walk me through EVERY step and put everything in terms that I would understand. I even asked him the same question about 20x and he never seemed bothered or frustrated and feel like he truly cared about me understanding exactly what was going on. He pointed out every single thing and has a vast amount of knowledge to back up his statements. They were all able to tell me what was wrong, why it wasn’t correct, the issues I was experiencing because of it and what we needed to do to fix it. They were extremely honest and always made sure to be very upfront about the cost, why it was important, and the amount of time it would take to fix it. These guys worked their asses off for two weeks from morning to night to make sure everything was done correctly, perfectly, and that I knew exactly what was going on the whole time.

    Like I said, after having 5 companies come to my house, I finally felt like I found one I could trust. I have already recommended them to multiple people and am SO BEYOND grateful or everything they did to help us, and make our home livable again. I have never worked with such a genuine, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working group of people before. Cory, you are very lucky to have them on your team, and Cory I am so fortunate for all of your advocacy, honesty and push to make sure we were taken care of.

    I will forever only use Advanced Quality Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with their home or place of business. You guys are the real deal and works can’t describe how much I appreciate you all!

    It's easy to work with this company. Advanced Quality Plumbing is a timely, competent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and competitive plumber. Their team answers the phone, arrived on time, charged exactly what they quoted (flat fee). The nice thing that gave me confidence is they were background checked and verified by Google (having done thousands of jobs with great reviews).

    They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic ,non professional service .Not recommended total waste of money
