The roof and siding of our home was severely damaged by a hail storm in May of 2022. So we began the search of contractors in our area to do the repairs. Randy the owner of Advanced Remodeling Technologies came and talked to us and then thoroughly inspected the exterior of our home. Randy then explained to us the extent of the damage and the repairs that were needed. He then stated he would help us file the claim with our insurance company and would help us throughout the insurance process. My wife and I discussed it and decided to hire Advanced Remodeling Technologies. Randy came and sat down with us and discussed replacement materials and cost. He was very knowledgeable of the latest material technology and cost. We expressed that we would like to upgrade our roof to a metal roof instead of shingles. He proceeded to show us samples of styles and colors. After we decided, he wrote up an estimate and we signed a contract. In a weeks time we had our insurance settlement and was very happy that Randy had worked closely with the insurance company to get us a good settlement. Materials were delivered soon and Randy came with several workers to get them started. The new roof and siding were installed in one day. The crew of workers were very knowledgeable, courteous and done an exceptional job of cleaning up. Randy came and inspected the work and even helped install the new shutters. We are very happy with the work done on our home and Randy continues to go above and beyond to help us on our home. In conclusion we highly recommend Advanced Remodeling Technologies.
