    We have used Advanced Renovations for 2 projects. The first project was to replace the toilet and floor covering in our kids' bathroom. Upon removal of the toilet, part of the subfloor needed replacing along with the toilet flange due to leaking. Everything was replaced along with new floor covering, and we have not had any issues since. The second project was for the master bathroom. This project included replacing the shower pan, new shower wall tile (also replaced the tile around the roman bathtub to match the new shower tile), and new shower doors. Dave's team also installed new lavatories and faucets in the existing vanity structure. The bathroom looks GREAT! I highly recommend Advanced Renovations, Inc.

    I have used Advanced Renovations for 2 projects at my home, basement remodel and Bathroom refinish. Our house was built in 1925 so anytime you work on older homes you always have the chance to run into suprises. Dave and his team have helped minimize those suprises and have always done whats best for my home and my family. Both jobs truned out great, and we have referred Dave and his crew to many friends and family members when they are looking at any updates on their homes.

    I have used Advanced Renovations 4 times during the past 9 years. First for a hail damaged roof. Job was done right, and Dave worked with the insurance agent to get the full amount. Second, they built a 20x25 carrage garage for me. Price was excellent. Third, we had our basement flood a few years back. The insurance company wanted to cut corners and gave us a low ball settelment. Thanks to Dave, we got the full value, and got it repaired correctly. The last, most recent project was a kitchen addition, and first level full bath addition. We are very happy with the way that turned out. All of Daves workers are polite and easy to work with, and I would HIGHLY recomend them!
