Didn't install water lines to code. He was the General Contractor and plumbing contractor on our new house construction. New roof installation in October 2022, roofing nail hit the water line he installed that was touching the roof plywood.it should have been strapped down to a rafter. Not to code, cost us $8000 for water damage repair due to his negligence. I contacted him with photos but of course he didn't respond
