Dean just finished up our "small" repair. I thought it was just a few broken tiles, but the entire area needed replacement of the underlayment. The original roof wasn't done correctly. Dean put down all the proper paper and water barriers. His response to my request for a quote was quick, delayed by my being out of town only. He was here within days to do the work and the work was completed quickly and cleaned up completely. The cost of the job was about what I expected it to be once he discovered there was more mushy stuff than I had realized. Highly recommend! ....and I suspect I will have to call him again for other parts of the roof in the future. *sigh*
