He had never finished our job. Demanded a “partial” final payment- so I paid him $2k. We have a final date scheduled for him to clean up the messy job his “guns for hire” crew did on March 12th. I even scheduled time off work for those dates so I could be here because I do not trust him at my property without me being here.
He just filed a LEIN against me, when we have a scheduled date to complete and for him to get paid? PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. This man has threatened me and has harassed me. His ONLY interest is getting paid. He DOES NOT care about the quality of his product. My roof is still not complete and he has put a lien against my property.
