Rick DeLong and his crew at Advantage Builders LLC came to the rescue when another “builder” abandoned us. Rick quickly met with us and went over his timeline and when he could fit us in. He pulled a building permit that my other builder did not and started when he said he would. His communication has been excellent and I have met all of his subcontractors and they are very personable and communicative.
