Probably the worst company I have dealt with in the15 years I have lived here in AZ. Started off good. They gave me a price within hours of seeing my yard and I was thinking great a good landscaper. That is where the good ended and the nightmare began. They did not show up the next week and then the week later they mowed my 15'x20' yard and left. Did not trim the bushes nor did they blow the leaves away. I went across the street to my neighbor and it was pretty much the same with him. You see we went in with this company together. Now for my neighbor he has a lot of grass front and back yards both take a lot of work to get them done each week. My house they are generally there about 20 to 30 minutes. Any way, I called the owner of the company and explained what we saw and he said he would get on it right away. The next week hot home Friday evening and the yard looked nice! Great I thought. Then the following Friday they did not even show up. They did the neighbors yard but didn't even touch mine. I showed my neighbor and we kinda laughed and u called the owner again. This time there was no answer so I called a couple of times during that next week and again no answer. However when I returned home Friday the yard looked good again. So obviously they thought they were to come every other week instead of the weekly that was discussed when the agreement was made. No worries I will wait and tally to the owner and work it out. The owner called me back Wednesday of the following week and said he was on vacation and could not return my call but again he would address the issue. The next couple of weeks went pretty good and the yard was coming around. Being our original agreement was a price for weekly service and they missed the first week, missed two out of the next 4 weeks and then came 2 weeks in a row I went out to pay them that Friday morning and told the here you go and have them a check for the first 4 weeks of work. Telling them that being that they missed Three out of the seven week they had been working here is payment for the first Month as agreed. Well needless to say the kid there who is the owners son, and is ok with unethical business practices told his father the owner that I was mean and he did not want to do my yard any longer. Buoy know if giving them 4 different chances to live up to the agreement is being mean than j guess I was mean. Good rid dens and have a nice day. Probably the best thing for my neighbor and I. That right my neighbor is getting a different landscaper as well.
