This local plumbing company that was used by my home warranty company (ARW) submitted a work claim of over $1300 for a clogged sink due to apparently a more complicated problem than just clogging. Lavenuel, the technician that came, was not able to solve the issue on initial visit. The claim submitted was denied by ARW as it exceeds the allowable charge for that kind of work making me pay (minus ARW payment) directly to Adventure Services if I choose to continue. I hired another plumbing company who was able to unclog the sink- on the first and only visit with a service charge fee of 2x less than what Lavenuel quoted! As you can see, Adventure Services tried to get more money from their customer plus the home warranty company. Truly a sucker! Do not use this company! For this reason I gave it a 1 star or even a no star. Do not get fooled by how this technician represented himself by being not only a plumber but also an insurance agent by telling you that his goal is to get you approved....for more money in his pocket. Sad! Again 1 star to even no star at all for ADVENTURE SERVICES LLC.

In my opinion this guy should have his plumbing license reviewed. They sent a guy out to my condo a jermy or todd. Was not there 5 minutes told me I had a bad washer in the shower something I already knew before he walked in the door thus the reason for the leak the shower is very old and needed to be replaced, thus the reason for the call. Jermy or Todd said I would have to have the water turned off to the entire building by Friday when he said he would return. I said Ok tell me the time so i can tell the property manager. then he texts me telling me he had to reschedule to the following Friday so 2 weeks.
I said Ok tell me the time so I can let the property manager know per HOA rules. No replys so I call and they said OH the work is to complicated so we are not going to do it. thanks for taking my money and doing nothing and not having enough respect for the client to call back. WOW
Ok so you took my 65.00 for doing nothing when will you return it? Oh we took that for diagnosing the problem that i already knew before i called you as it leaked water into the tub.
the shower was old and needed to be replaced that is what he was supposed to do. I need a job at this place everyone needs a job at this place 65 dollars to go around for 5 minutes tell people that they have a leak they can clearly see from a very old shower. This is not a business i would use again and I blame myself for not doing a through review on this business. 65 @ 5 minutes each 100 houses in a day thats ALOT OF MONEY for doing nothing. WOW Dont get caught in this trap like me!! Do your home work, research. Save your $65.00
