We incurred Hail damage on our home, APRIL 7, 2020
We are incredibly grateful to the Advocate Team! And this is why:
We were fortunate to have Advocate Construction’s Sales Representative in Milwaukee (Joshua Cesar) contact us to create an awareness that we may be able to get some of the costs of the damage incurred to our home covered by our Insurance Company. At our first meeting Josh already made a call to our insurance company to create the awareness (he had worked with them previously). Within a week he worked with our insurance company’s Claim Managers to inspect the damage to our roof and aluminum siding toward assessing and agreeing upon the repairs and funding needed!
We ended up having two projects: (a)Roofing project and (b) Siding project
The Roofing project was first, and honestly, we did incur some problems. What is most important is that Advocates’ Construction Manager (Brad Hansen) promised to resolve to our satisfaction every issue. More importantly, he fulfilled his promise; and did that without much bantering between us!
In the end, Advocate’s Construction crew for the Siding project provided the most impressive “facelift” that we have ever seen! We have had numerous neighbors from throughout our neighborhood personally stop in to complement and admire the transition! We have that “Dream Home” …
our Insurance Company enabled it, and Advocate built it!
