Brian Ballard came in talking a good game. He made a contract and said he would do everything to code however he didn’t even come close to doing anything properly. Constantly asking for money for tools and supplies when he was supposed to be supplying that. After I pointed out his mistakes he took off. Do not hire this guy! He’s a scam artist and will rip you off. Stay far away!

Stay far away from Brian Ballard snd Andy’s home improvement. Took $9,000 from me and never did the job. Not answering my calls or texts. I will be filing a police report tomorrow snd making s complaint with the attorney general’s office also.

Con artist, Brian, and his brother started the job, asked for half upfront in cash. I gave him a check for tracking, They did some work then left that afternoon, never returned to finish the job, gave me stories about they could not find a babysitter, etc., then he wanted more money upfront to complete the job. NJ Consumer affairs listed the company as closed since 05/06/2019. Stay far away, I am filing a complaint with the attorney general’s office as this seems to be a scam they are conducting in NJ, numerous homeowners are victims of their scam.

Very dishonest. Everytime the owner came to the work site there was some additional work to be done. New “problems” were constantly found, until they were fired.

Brian Lee Ballard, painted a pretty picture of how great of a service he can offer. He was hired to do an install of an above ground pool was paid 1200 up front for equipment rental and supplies on May 9th its been over a month and still no pool he doesnt answer calls and emailed asking for more money. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.
