We at AFAB strive to complete every project with %100 customer satisfaction. I have been at this for quite a long time and rarely have complaints that can not be resolved. Based on that, I have a pretty good idea as to the customer that left this review, and I can say that %90 of a contractors problems are %10 of his customers. This was a $5500 job that the customer ultimately paid $4750 for. A lawn mowing company said they would have done it for less and that we charged too much for the sprinkler system installation. There was nothing in our bid to repair the areas trenched and that information was discussed prior to beginning the work, her intention was to re-sod the yard eventually. We went above and beyond the specifications of the bid, returning several times to attempt to satisfy our customer. This is the only bad review on my company that I have been able to find. -Do not- hire this company they are the worst contractors I have ever came across the work was rushed and unfinished which in the end ruined more of my yard than the job I hired them for in the first place and after many attempts to contact the owner so I could get it fixed they wanted to charge me to fix what they ruined. The employee's including the boss are very rude I asked them numerous times to not smoke in my yard which kept coming in the windows and they just left the butts all over my yard they also used my garbage cans for all the trash they had and still left things all over. This is the worst experience and it has left a very bad impression on me for hiring people in the future so I urge you look around and do not take the lowest bid you get I have found a large amount of bad reviews and complaints about this company so do your homework.
