    What a nightmare Affiliated Building Resources and Gerard Frusci (Jerry) have been. Unprofessional, We did a full dormer on our house and jerry has been nothing but a headache. i have proof of all the emails and work that he has completed and its been nothing but trash. his worker, Marco kept saying how hes a professional and the works looks like a kid has installed tiles in the bathroom. a few tiles were lose after 1 month sheetrock work took weeks for him to do because his workers did not know how to. he claims he is a general contractor but he doesnt not know the basics. all the subcontractors that were through him all complained on how jerry has treated them. this renovation was over 300k. Jerry and his team members were nothing but unprofessional. Trying to get in touch with him through email and texts were no help. work is still left undone, Do not hire him to do any renovations. I had to call other contractors to come and fix all his issues. Chandelier install looked like he just cut a home and hung it. Jerry stopped showing up for the inspections with the town and i had to do several stuff on my own because he would not answer. I have proof of that as well. Pictures available
