Came and installed a new A/C unit at my house two years ago. Since then we consistently had days when the A/C would not cool. We'd set it to 77, and it would be 79. Sam and his crew came back several times and said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Just had a new A/C company come check it, and identify two problems: the plenum wasn't attached to the unit and the unit wasn't sealed properly. Seems like he could have fixed this two years ago.......
