They refuse to stand behind mistake that their installation technicians made due to a drain line not being properly tightened. After I found the problem I tightened the union up ,the water from the union not being properly tightened now I have a new floor damaged. a breaker went bad while the technician was here inside the indoor unit the technician removed it and bypassed it. A member of their management team after a few words told me a maybe I should get another contractor to take care of the breaker in a unit that is still under warranty with Affordable. If you like the Texas two step and not repairing issues that they caused, affordable is your man
