  Tim was contracted to complete a basement renovation. Quoted me at 6 weeks but never completed the project. Repeatedly lied regarding ordering supplies including our flooring which I called every Lowe’s in 100 miles and none had any record of any orders being placed by anyone, let alone him. He failed to pay his own subcontractors which resulted in animosity from them towards me. To cap it off he owes me $13k in a refund for materials he “ordered” which I have yet to receive. He has become impossible to contact and has passed me 2 checks both of which bounced. Criminal

  First of all I wouldn't put the word PRO and Tim In the same sentence.
  Hired Tim to add an addition to our house. It took 6 months, wouldn't show up sometimes for a week or Two. Did lousy job. Helpers had no clue what they were doing. He watered down the paint . Now there is a roof leak where the new roof meets the old roof. The floor is awful, interlocking vinyl, didn't allow for expansion so it buckled. I could go on and on. DO NOT use this contractor.

  DO NOT USE THIS GUY, HE IS NOT GOOD. He does poor work, and if there's a problem, he will not come back to fix it. The company owner's name is Tim Wielgopolski, and I've had a very bad experience with him.

  Last year (around May 2019), I had a very bad leak in my roof during a rainy season. I called several roof contracters, but nobody could give me an appointment right away except Tim. I thought I got lucky, but I didn't know my nightmare would start at that moment.

  I have a ranch with a flat roof that measures about 900 square feet. He quoted me $5100 to torchdown my roof with a $2500 down payment. After I gave him the money, he came a week later to start working on the roof. We asked him how long the roofing should last, and he told us it wouldn't leak for at least 10 years.

  My roof has a chimney, but he claimed it wouldn't cause any issues without a cover. However, he claimed he would install a complimentary cover anyway to avoid any potential issues. He finished the roof in 2 days and accidentally set a tree on fire in the process, but we managed to put it out in time to avoid any damage. When I gave him the final payment, of course he never returned to install the chimney cover. I texted him many times asking when he'd be available, but I didn't get a response for weeks. Once he finally replied, I was told that his schedule was booked for the next year, so I just decided to give up on trying to get the chimney cover and figured everything would be fine.

  11 months later, my roof began to leak again. I texted him, and he told me he would come to check the roof next Thursday or Friday, but he never showed up and stopped responding to any of my attempts to contact him. Eventually I decided to threaten him with a negative rating for his work online if he didn't return, and he simply told me to be patient because he had several ongoing projects, but still refused to give me any date on when he would return to fix his poor work.

  Eventually, I decided to check the roof myself to see what had gone wrong, and I quickly discovered that the chimney had no flashing around it, and that the vent perforations were not properly finished. The edges of the roof were not cut to the proper length, leaving pieces hanging in certain locations.

  I am incredibly dissatisfied with his work. My roof still continues to leak to this day, and I don't doubt he would treat his other clients this way as well simply because they request that he correct his work when it fails within a year of installation. If you're looking for someone who can patch your leaky roof, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere. You definitely won't find what you're looking for here.
