Had HVAC replaced. They came out quickly to do the initial installation. But... I then had to wait months for the heating part, ostensibly due to them needing to test the system during cooler weather. But when they came back there was no test; all they did was run a flue and left, even forgetting to connect the gas supply. Also promised to reconnect my humidifier, which never happened. Long story, short, they promised a lot but fell short on follow-up leaving me to complete the work. Disappointing.
