    Clogged air conditioner drain pan

    Our drain from the condensation pan from the AC unit was clogged. The technician came to the house and unclogged the drain using high pressured air. The technician was friendly and answered all of my questions. He told us the drain was clear, I paid him the service fee and he left. Immediately AFTER the technician left, I noticed that one of the sinks in the bathroom was backed up. I cleaned it but then noticed that ANOTHER sink was backed up and was LEAKING!! I immediately called the company back and was very rudely told to call a plumber. "It wasn't our problem since it was under the sink". We did not have any problems with either sink before the technician arrived, but now our sinks leak!! It is not a good business that due to one repair, it created damage to need another repair. Now I have to pay a plumber to pay for the technician's negligence. In my opinion, this company has encountered this problem before.
