This man worked on my deck when I wasn't home, when I asked him to wait for me to be home. His measuring skills are terrible. Awful workmanship and pieced together the top portion of the deck. He would not take my advice or inquires to the job. I told him several times I did not like where his cuts were not correct. His answer was ...your going to paint it and you won't see it. He has NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I understand old school no cell phone and no texting, but he would not even listen to my concerns in person. Your on your own if you hire JOE. Now I have to pay someone to fix everything he did wrong. get this guy a measuring tape and some lessons. Do not have him do anything at your home that you need done right. AC
