We placed a deposit in the amount of $3643.00 for hurricane shutters on 5/11/17. We heard not a word from the company for about a month. When we finally contacted them they said that the shutters were being made.After getting the runaround for another couple of months they finally gave us a date. Of course it was a no show. A couple of days later a couple of installers showed up, and installed about 5.5 shutters, and said that was all that they had and ,would be back in a couple of days with the remainder. A couple of days later they showed up and installed the rest of the shutters. They also installed sliders for the front and rear porches. The tracks because of the way that they were designed create a dangerous and hazardous situation. The tracks have an almost 2"curb in front of each door. I am sure Shutter Outlet when some one is injured when they trip will be totally liable.I informed a Vice President of this situation on 9/7/17. He said he would have someone check it out. But in true form for Shutter Outlet nobody has shown up. They were paid in full on 9/7/17, which was a mistake.
No one should do business with this worthless company.
