Rick is not an honest contractor, he lied on my other reviews on other sites. I see that's his practice to just lie when he gets caught cheating customers.
I can say if you use him do so at your risk. He will not stand up behind his work and I have read it is subpar on many reviews as was mine.
Besides he is a liar and that really shows his integrity, read Yelp reviews and feel my pain in dealing with this guy.
He is out to make a quick buck and doesn't care about customer's, if something goes wrong, you are left holding to bag
