STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They have over 700 permits out with the City of Allentown. They came to our house and didn't have the work inspected, got a plumber with an expired license and never came back to finish the job! They took $7,000 from us and we ended up having to get another plumber. When the City did inspect it they found that the work was done incorrectly in the first place. They may quote you a lower price but you will be in for a nightmare. You can contact the City of Allentown permits department to verify this information.
