There were several issues with this company. I recommend steering clear. I hired this company to do bathroom remodeling on my upstairs bathrooms and to help finish out my basement. Every aspect of the job came in over estimate - even demolition. The GC, Hunt Warner, decided to have the tile done prior to sheetrock in the bathrooms, and there are still several gaps around the showers where the wall is not sealed. You can literally see into the framing between.

I had asked whether the drywall guys could patch a couple uneven spots in another part of my house while they were here, which they said they would. For about 20 minutes of extra work, I was surprised to be invoiced $2000.

When I realized Hunt was not going to repair the work he had done, I asked for money back on work that he had not yet delivered, but which I had paid for, totaling about $4200. He says he can "only pay me $2500." So I want to be clear to the reader of this review - this contractor will literally steal your money. There was no debate about whether he had done the work - he admitted he had not done it.. He still thinks he is entitled to the money.

If you're looking for professionalism, communication, expertise, and accountability - I'd recommend finding another company. I welcome anybody to contact me to understand more about this company if you are seriously considering them.

Affordable Remodeling did an excellent job renovating my kitchen and master bath in Buckhead-Atlanta. They offer excellent advice in regards to the design and the remodel of both our kitchen and master bath. They have the best subcontractors in Atlanta and very fair pricing. Will use again! :-)

Only sent me a message that said 'hi" I responded hello and no called and responded back

I wanted to sell my house in Atlanta after I had moved to Kansas. The inspection of the house came up with 5-6 items that needed to be fixed. Hunt told me that he could do the list in 8 hours. There were 2 downspouts that needed to be secured to the house, 1 downspout added to a gutter, a handrail for a set of 5 steps and the biggest item was a railing around a 10'x10' deck.
Hunt called 2 1/2 days after starting to say he was done. He had used 2 (TWO) people to do the work and it took them 2 1/2 days. REALLY ?!?!
And I owed him $500.00 for the materials. I went to Lowe's and priced the material needed and it came to $310.00.
He would not send me pictured of the completed work. When my Realtor sent me pics, the downspout was not installed and the work on the deck was sub par.
Hunt took advantage of my being out of state and the deadline for the house closing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This contractor built me a new high end master bedroom, totally renovated my exterior -color plus shingles by james hardi and new 3 dimensional roof and built new deck, and built a new two story vaulted sunroom with exposed cedar beams and tounge and groove ceiling. look amazing and the owner has amazing subcontractors.. Call for yourself!:-)

Best remodeling company in Buckhead.... Built me a large addition on my house cost of project was over 450,000

Very honest and offered very environmental materials and even recommended tankless water tanks and is icon yen insulation to save on energy costs!!! Call him for a quote!!

Hunt is currently working on my house. I cannot get him to finish the project. We have failed 9 inspections. He uses cost plus contracts ,make sure you do not pay cost plus Hunt's mistakes plus %!

TERRIBLE!!!! Did not finish the job and quit answering my calls. Hunt either needs to finish my job or give me my money back. I prepaid some of the materials that were never bought because he quit working on my house half way through the job. Do Not use this contractor.
