This Builder was awesome. They provided us a full package of license, insurance, and all the paperwork with the project details. They showed up when they said they would and finished ahead of schedule. They weren't the cheapest, but the end result was amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone.

    Installation of the pool enclosure
    $20,188

BE AWARE!! I, as those reviews before me are clear indication of this company's integrity and business practices. They took a $2100 deposit in December of 2022 to install a new pool enclosure and promised a 10-14 week time frame to start the work. Our multiple attempts to contact them looking for update in those 10-14 week went ignored, and only after persistent attempts we would get a short text message informing us that our work had been postponed another few weeks. After 43 weeks of waiting and minimal communication we decided to ask for our deposit back, so we can hire another contractor. The owner, Dennis sent us a certified letter with a copy of an original contract that has clearly been altered to support his arguments. editing or altering legally binding agreement is a fraud the last time I checked. It is all the evidence I need to take to the court. Y'all, please be aware and do your research before you find yourself scammed like we did.

    Screen room

Save yourself a lot of hassle and headache and choose someone else. I really hate having to leave this review, but I am now looking at taking this company to court to get them to complete their contract, and don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

    1. Communication is terrible, and I mean truly awful. They claim the company phone number goes to the office and is only occasionally forwarded to someone else to handle, but in reality it goes directly to the owners personal cell phone 100% of the time. Dennis, the owner, does not answer his phone if you call. If you text him, he will respond about 20% of the time, and most of those responses are that he will look into it (which he absolutely does not do) and never get back to you, or he will tell you a lie to get you off his back.

    2. You may not get what you wanted and paid for. When working with the salesperson we went over every detail of what we wanted our screen room to be in great detail, the dimensions, colors, materials, everything. But the paperwork they use to record all of this information is apparently terrible. We said that we wanted the frame to be bronze and the roof to be white. But their paperwork only has one spot to check off color, the sales person said that was for the roof color and selected white, and that bronze was standard for the frame. Well, 8 months later when they finally built our screen room they installed a white frame. They did not confirm the color was correct before they started. When I reached out to the owner about the color being incorrect he said that was what was on our paperwork, so even though we had an extensive conversation with the sales person about color, and I have text conversations with the salesperson where we discussed the color being bronze, I now have a white frame. I can only hope my HOA doesn't have a fit because it doesn't match what we submitted for approval.

    3. They do not stand behind the quality of their work or honor their warranties. It has been 5 months since my screen room was completed and they still have not scheduled an inspection from the county. They told us in order to pass inspection they have to upload pictures from the installer to the county, and that they were waiting on the installer to get the pictures to them. The story they told us got more and more ridiculous as they first said the installer dropped their phone in some water and was working on recovering them, then they were supposedly recovered but they needed us to send them pictures of our project so they could make sure they had the right pictures, then they apparently didn't have the right pictures and were waiting on the installer to get back from out of town to send them the pictures. At one point they told us that due to a death in the family of their insurance agent their insurance lapsed for an entire month! We even contacted the BBB when they stopped responding to us altogether, but the BBB didn't do anything, apparently they close your complaint if there is no resolution after 2 weeks, so all they have to do is keep lying that they will submit for the inspection "next week" to get the complaint closed. If they had done everything correctly to code there would be no reason for them to avoid getting an inspection done. And clearly they didn't do everything correctly, because there is a small leak in my roof, which they have been telling me for over a month now that someone will be out in a few days to take care of the leak, yet no one has. They have my money now, so they don't care.

3 doors needed work - 2 screen and 1 lanai.
    $419

Great response to quickly fix my problem with 3 doors. Two guys came out the next day and replaced both of my screen doors and resized my lanai door to operate smoothly with the recent brick pavers installation.
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service - highly recommended. Price was reasonable too.
