I recently had this company come to my home to get a estimate for some damages that were done. After the estimate I was told that I would receive some carpet samples in a few days. That never happened, so I drove 35 min away from home to look at carpet myself at a place that the owner had recommended. I spoke and texted with the owner several times about the quote and was told would have a quote by the end of the weekend. That never happened. I let him know on Monday that I was still waiting and was assured that I would have the quote by the end of the business day feb 26. That never happened. Not Tuesday nor Wednesday or Thursday. I spoke with his business manager and she assured me that one of them would get back to me that day Thursday. It is now nearly 2 weeks later and nothing. I called again this time expressing my concerns of inconsistency. I was told by the same individual that he needs to come out to remeasure because he didn't get accurate measurements. It is now march 2nd and they first came out on Feb 20th. I Am no longer interested for fear of further inconvenience.
