We had a big project that took a lot longer than expected. We tried multiple times to send over the invoice but there was an issue with your email that you were also aware of. We are working on trying not to have those issues again. Also, for payment a check was a lot easier but if there was an issue with that we would understand and try our best effort to make the payment go through whichever way was better for our customer. Once again, we are truly sorry for those inconveniences.

I believe that the repair was done satisfactorily but communication with Fidel was lacking. I got the estimate from him and told him to go ahead with the repair. He had to stay home with his kids and didn't come to do the work. Then I didn't hear from him for nearly 2 weeks. When I did make contact he was in Arizona doing a big job. Then a couple more emergencies came up. When he finally did get the job done he said he would email me the invoice with pictures of the repairs and that I could pay on line. After repeated attempts on his part and me never receiving it I told him to bring me the invoice which he did a few days later. I wanted to pay with a credit card but that seemed to be a problem for him so I ended up having to write a check for the work which I really didn't want to do
